I’m Ariel Belgrave of Gym Hooky. 

I’m currently a certified health and fitness coach, fitness instructor, speaker, and sponsored Under Armour athlete. 

But before I fully stepped into the fitness world, I was actually building a career in the corporate world. I learned that when the day gets long, the first thing you push aside is your health, and good habits fly out the window, especially if you are working from home and the wine is just so close!

I understand how hard it can be to fit self-care into an already packed schedule, but it’s possible. And I can help you get started.
