This retreat is for any woman who is ready to invest in herself without the distractions of work and other responsibilities. The retreat has been specifically and intentionally designed so each participant can truly rest, release, reset, and recharge so that she can return home more fully herself.
Yes! Bodhi Tree will prepare everything with your health and wellbeing in mind, catering to all dietary preferences including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free.
Definitely not! This retreat is made of made of women who are traveling alone, as well as women traveling with a family member or friend. We will also have a virtual meet and greet prior to the retreat so you can get to know some of the other women in advance.
Note: If you are traveling alone and would like to stay in the semi-private or loft accommodations, email our team and we will be sure to help you with finding a roommate for the trip 🙂
Absolutely not. This is your trip and it’s important for you to get from it what you need. Some days we need space, we feel tired, or we just don’t want to join. That’s totally ok.
Of course! My team and I are here to help you in any way we can. Once you have registered and paid your deposit, we will email you a detailed welcome details with information about how to book your flights and other needs prior to departing.
Absolutely! The all-inclusive cost includes all accommodation, meals, fitness classes, self-care therapies, and excursions for the retreat dates listed. If you’d like to travel and explore prior to or after those dates, you are free to book any and all travel on your at your own expense and responsibility. We will connect you to the retreat center’s reservations team directly.
Unfortunately, no. The final payment will be due 2 months before the retreat.
Additionally, to limit no-shows and ensure there is space for others, we are requiring a non-refundable deposit at time of booking.
Yes! Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort is a serene and luxurious retreat located in Nosara, Costa Rica. It offers a variety of accommodations, including private villas, deluxe rooms, and shared spaces, all set in a lush, tropical environment. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexibility while ensuring the sustainability of our retreats. Please review our cancellation policy below:
1. Deposit
• A 20% deposit is required to secure your spot at the retreat. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Cancellation Timeline
• More than 90 days before the retreat: Any payments made (minus the 20% non-refundable deposit) will be refunded.
• 60-89 days before the retreat: 50% of the total retreat cost (minus the 20% deposit) will be refunded.
• Less than 60 days before the retreat: No refunds will be provided.
3. Transfer Policy
• If you are unable to attend, your spot can be transferred to another individual of your choice, provided we are notified at least 30 days before the retreat start date.
