- A self-care calendar with ONE self-care task for you to complete each day (don't worry, I keep it simple for you, boo!). The tasks will fall under one of the categories of my L.E.A.N. framework: Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, Nutrition.
- Access to the private #selfcareaday community (yep, the chats are going to be poppin'). You'll connect with other women in the challenge and get the accountability you'll need to stay consistent!
